DreamSeekers was founded in 2016 as an innovative inner city after school program intended to reduce suspensions and increase academic performance. DreamSeekers accomplished that and then some and is still on the educational battlefield today as it has evolved into a first of its kind merger between education and sports.
Consequently, DreamSeekers World was formed as a full-service sports agency. The agency offers a legal team, marketing and brand specialists, player development, public relations and media, client services, support staff, mentor, & film study breakdown.
The distinction of the agency DreamSeekers World comes from its founder Dr. Mario Stowers who tested and proved a successful method of getting young students to become more focused on the intangible aspects of their immeasurable future than to allow their present circumstances to stifle them.

I’ve been an agent for four years, and in those years I have done millions of dollars in NIL deals, established contacts and connections with low mid and high major colleges, NIL collectives, NBA teams, NFL organizations, and companies for brand deals. I went on my own in February of 2024 and have been working with some of the top talent in the country.
I specialize in negotiating the best contracts for my clients and making sure they’re not being taken advantage of in the process. My lawyer and I have saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars during these negotiations. Also because of my background as a scout and a coach I’m able to connect players with the top development professionals in their field.
My mission is to get our DreamSeekers through the professional ranks with a successful playing and post playing career without being taken advantage of financially, while simultaneously building their brand and marketability by developing their skill set on and off the court/field.
